“We have rented at Cadence at Cates Creek for close to 2 years. We love the apartment. A roomy one bedroom, with lots of storage space, especially in the oversized walk-in bedroom closet. The amenities, like the pool and gym, are excellent and well maintained, as is the entire property. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance issue are generally handled the same day. Highly recommend!”

“I have lived here for 5-6 years and plan to stay as long as the rent remains in my price range. The maintenance and front desk staff are great, complex is very quiet and neighbors are friendly.
